Hey Everyone!

Well, it's been quite the ride...and to say where it goes from here is always undeterminable. Together we created this spawn of magical ska-rock-reggae-funk-dub-progressive-punk that brought us to express and perform some pretty amazing shows. In the 4 years that FSA  grew together, we played 2 years of Warped Tour, shared the stage with true inspirations such as Rancid, The English Beat, Horrorpops, IBO and so many more talented artists that always left an impression. We were privileged to be played on local and international radio stations, featured on Much Music, took part in Junofest activities across the country and even drove thousands of kilometers in a sweet ass short bus.

With some life altering moments, and imperative steps to continuing growing as musicians, and as a family unit, sometimes we need to take roads uncertain and away from what we know. Creating music together has been more fun than we could have imagined and seriously intense with all the little strings...and horns attached. Five Star Affair was, and still is, a project with unpredictable sound and soul...the twists and turns we have taken together have proved to be a road well worth traveling and an honor to share with anyone who could partake in the movement and magic of each and every show.

The point of this update is to perhaps connect with the fans and friends of Five Star Affair again, in an honest and somewhat non-explainable way. We know It may have seemed sudden and confusing as to what exactly happened with FSA; we were recording our 3rd album, shooting a video, and had opportunity in our hands. And that is exactly just what we found. A love for each other and a longing for life experience brought us together and lead us to individual opportunity beyond the the life of FSA. New possibilities to continue our growth have come to find each of us in different parts of the world, still continuing music and remembering the days of the exciting times of our journey together.  Life goes on, and so does the show....everything in life has its ups and downs and we just want you to know that we are still alive. Not together, nor apart...we will always be thankful...to the people who shared memories with FSA, and supported us in experiencing the energy together...we may just see you again. On the flip side...to be continued....
